Frozen S’Mores

Indulge in the irresistible flavors of the frozen s’mores- a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat! This recipe brings together layers of creamy chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, all chilled to perfection. Ideal for summer gatherings these s’more are sure to impress friends and family!
Frozen S'Mores

Equipment
- 1 bowl
- 1 9x9 baking dish
- parchment paper
- 1 mixer with whisk attachment
Ingredients
- 18 Organic graham crackers (Use our recipe or buy your favorites/gluten free option)
- 3 1/2 oz Organic chocolate pudding
- 2 1/2 oz Milk chocolate bar
- 1 cup Organic whipping cream
- 1/3 cup Organic sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Make the 3 1/2 oz Organic chocolate pudding according to instructions and bring to room temperature
- While the pudding is cooling, line a 9x9 square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Add half of the 18 Organic graham crackers to the bottom
Whipped topping mixture
- Make the whipped topping mixture by using a metal bowl. Place the bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes
- Once very cold pour for the 1 cup Organic whipping cream into the bowl along with the 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla and 1/3 cup Organic sugar.
- Use the whisk attachment and whisk for 3-5 minutes on medium speed.
- Fold in the 1 1/2 cup Mini marshmallows with a spatula.
Assembling
- On top of the graham cracker layer that you have already done, spoon on the marshmallow mixture.
- Grate the2 1/2 oz Milk chocolate bar on top
- Pour the chocolate pudding on top
- Place the graham cracker layer on top of that
- Freeze for at least 3 hours
- To serve, let thaw on the counter 30 minutes. Cut into 9 slices
