Move over cauliflower pizza crust, there is a new trend in town. Greek yogurt pizza crust. Adding this simple ingredient adds protein and the perfect amount of chewiness to the crust. Keeping your body and your belly happy.

Equipment
- 1 bowl
- 1 baking sheet
- 1 piece parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 4 1/4 cup einkorn flour may need slighly more for dusting
- 2 tsp. pink Himalayan salt or sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl add in the warm water (heated between 100 and 110f).Add in yeast and honey, Let sit 5-10 minutes until the yeast activates. It will begin to bubble. Whisk in Greek yogurt and olive oil. Pour in einkorn flour and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon until completely together. Cover and let rest 1 hour until dough has doubled. Sprinkle the counter with einkorn flour and knead the pizza dough. Press out onto a greased parchment lined baking sheet. Bake using your favorite toppings. We like pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is done all the way through.
