- parchment paper if not using a non stick baking sheet
- 2 medium bowl
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breast chopped into cubes
- 1.1 oz organic French onion dip packet
- 2 tsp M Salt or other garlic, salt, pepper blend
- 1 cup organic sour cream can sub Greek yogurt
- 2 organic onions finely sliced
- 16 oz organic frozen hash browns
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp M Salt
- 2 cup organic green beans
- 1½ cup grated gruyere cheese
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400℉
- In a bowl, mix together 1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breast, 1.1 oz organic French onion dip packet, 2 tsp M Salt, 1 cup organic sour cream.
- In another bowl, mix together 2 organic onions, 16 oz organic frozen hash browns, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp M Salt.
- Place the onion and hash brown mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet.
- Even place the chicken mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with the 2 cup organic green beans.
- Top with 1½ cup grated gruyere cheese and ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and hash browns are crispy.
