Equipment

  • parchment paper if not using a non stick baking sheet
  • 2 medium bowl

Ingredients

  • lb boneless skinless chicken breast chopped into cubes
  • 1.1 oz organic French onion dip packet
  • 2 tsp M Salt or other garlic, salt, pepper blend
  • 1 cup organic sour cream can sub Greek yogurt
  • 2 organic onions finely sliced
  • 16 oz organic frozen hash browns
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp M Salt
  • 2 cup organic green beans
  • cup grated gruyere cheese
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400℉
  • In a bowl, mix together 1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breast, 1.1 oz organic French onion dip packet, 2 tsp M Salt, 1 cup organic sour cream.
  • In another bowl, mix together 2 organic onions, 16 oz organic frozen hash browns, 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp M Salt.
  • Place the onion and hash brown mixture in an even layer on the baking sheet.
  • Even place the chicken mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle with the 2 cup organic green beans.
  • Top with 1½ cup grated gruyere cheese and ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and hash browns are crispy.
